The ESB Residency Vijayanagara, established in the western portion of B'cawshrine in late 1716 AN is a residency of the Honourable Company focused around planned naval dockyards and barracks accommodation for Honoured Sons and other company personnel. The enclave operates on the basis of a twenty year lease from the Cult of the Sacred Detonation, custodians of B'cawshrine.
