The Bovic Kingdom of Drak-Modan is a unitary state divided into four demesnes: the duchies of Capeshire, Kizshire, and Sehmlshire; and the kingdom of Draconia. The leaders of the duchies are the Royal Consorts of the present King of Drak-Modan, John. The King's first spouse, Loki, is given the preeminent dukedom of Kizshire.

It is home to the capital of the kingdom, Drakorda. The economy is reliant on the service and government industries, with small chromium mines in the north.

When Duke Loki was granted administrative control over Kizshire, he began to research the namesake of the region. Before Kizzy's descent into demonic possession, she governed Demonsfall under an effective pornocracy with the prostitutes, mobsters, and other corrupt officials working together in an alliance. Therefore, to assist him in ruling the duchy, Loki (a former sex worker himself) assembled 69 people from various sectors of the service industry together as his privy council, The Brēothan, which he granted the power to issue ducal decrees by majority vote.

Capeshire

Three busy ports, Eriksburg, Modan Hamlet, and Raynor's Point occupy important points on the Circum-Benacian trade routes. Eastern Capeshire is the kingdom's greatest producer of grain, and has the most fertile grain-producing soil in southern and eastern Benacia.

As a radical academic, Duchess Qaren insisted on including the academic professionals on their ruling council. However, the economic importance of Capeshire also necessitated they appoint representatives from the economic sector as well. The resulting demesnal legislature, was a Commune of the Academy and Capitalists composed of professors and business owners who needed to reach consensus before passing any regulations.

Sehmlshire

The loss of some of Lachmodan's coastline and barrier islands to neighboring Sanama reduced Twoggle's importance as a port city. As a result, Sehmlshire is now among the poorest of Drak-Modan's demesnes, as it is mostly rural. It is known for a sturdy breed of donkey, nicknamed Sehml's ass, that is gaining popularity as an unofficial national animal. It's capital, Lyhigh, attracts many tourists as its castle was where Kizzy Drakland first used the Sword of Fire to ignite her Emberbark, setting her down her daemonic path.

Duchess Griselia grew up fantasizing about herself as a noble woman. Using her father's contacts she invited only the richest donkey ranch owners to advise her on her Assembly of Landed Gentry and suggest laws for her approval.

Draconia

Draconia CoA.png Dracoheim 8,091,818 (1690 AN) HBM John, King of the Draconians Permanent Convention Formerly known as Nel Modan and associated with the larger So-Saran archipelago, the islands of Draconia are now a demesne od Drak-Modan. The islands were considered critical for the new kingdom's essential fruit supply. It's capital is Dracoheim, which is believed to be the ancient, semi-legendary origin of the Draconian people of Natopia, and the city where, according to lore Kaiser Loki I spent time in the brothels and started the bloodline that would become the Line of Drak.

Most of the islands have become tropical fruit plantations, with a large migrant population during the harvest season, and tourists year-round. Many plantations are owned by conglomerates, former noble families, and others.

The Permanent Convention is a continuation of the convention of island residents that voted to grant John Waffel-Paine the title King of the Draconians. It now exists as an ad-hoc association of delegates sent from the various towns and villages. Membership ranges from ~70 to upwards of ~500, depending on who shows up that day. They review policies set by John and could theoretically rescind the title they granted him if they disagree with his actions.
