Dabestān-e Zurvān
The Dabestān-e Zurvān (School of Zurvan) exercises dominion over the adherents of Zurvanism in the Benacian Union. As a covenanted organisation, the Dabestān-e Zurvān is in turn subject to the government of the United Ecclesiastical Corporation of Benacia.

The central figure in Zurvanism is Zurvan, the god of time and space. According to Zurvanite beliefs, Zurvan is the ultimate creator of the universe and is responsible for all that exists. Adherents of this faith believe that Zurvan is the ultimate source of all knowledge and wisdom, and that by following his teachings, they can attain enlightenment and ultimate spiritual fulfillment.

Organisation
The Dabestān-e Zurvān is the highest authority in the Zurvanite religious hierarchy. Below the Dabestān-e Zurvān are the local Zurvanite religious communities, known as mobads. Each mobad is led by a mobad, who is responsible for overseeing the spiritual needs of the community and ensuring that its members adhere to the teachings of Zurvan.
Although the Dabestān-e Zurvān has considerable authority within the Zurvanite community, it is ultimately subject to the government of the Benacian Union. As a covenanted organization, the Dabestān-e Zurvān must abide by the laws and regulations of the government, and it is ultimately accountable to the state for its actions.
Governance
