Cortallia

Cortallia is a bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation. It is named for Cortallia, progenitor-matron of the Sutherlander people and bringer of fortune. It's capitol is shared with Rathwood, with Cortallia controlling the northeastern half.
In 1712, the population was 506,483.
Site of the Institute of Machine Learning, a chartered body affiliated with the Benacian Academy, established in 1720 AN.
Since 1723 AN it has been the site of the main works for the All-Union Locomotive Motor & Carriage Company.
