The City and County of Eliria, sometimes known as Eliria County or County Eliria, is a traditional county of Elwynn. Aside from functioning as a constituency to the Elwynnese congress, it serves no administrative purpose. See also the Greater Eliria region.

Aside from its eponymous capital Eliria, it includes, going clockwise, the bailiwicks of Ventura, Echo, Kaidere, Umshurill, Falkeron, and Ryventemple.

During the Vanic era, King Noah held Býurgreifi of Eliria (City Count) as a subsidiary title.

Former coat of arms

The coat of arms of the City and County of Eliria was abolished after the Auspicious Occasion in 1651.

The first quarter featured the Vanic goddess Elwynn standing on a globe - which symbolized - that the Elwynnese capital was located within the City and County of Eliria.

The second quarter featured a golden lyre. In the Froyalanish legend, Eliria was founded by the Elfinshi Lady Tlygowa the Lyrist. The word "Eliria" was said to derived from the Elw placename enu elirion, "place of lyres". This is an example of Froyalanish folk etymology; there is no proof of such etymology, and there is no mention of a lady Tlygowa in Elwynnese culture until the Vanic era.

The three crowns in the third quarter symbolized the nations – Elwynn, Amokolia and Hurmu – that were once ruled from Eliria.

The fourth quarter's burning castle represented the several times that Eliria was destroyed throughout its long history.

The inescutcheon features the coat of arms of the House of Ettlingar Freyu.

The collar below the shield is the collar of the Order of the Two Sacred Rivers, which was the highest Elwynnese order of chivalry during the vanic era.
