The Chancellor of Uppmanland (Uppmanlandic: rådman) is the de facto head of government of Uppmanland. The executive power is vested in the Storting and delegated by it to one of its committees, the Committee on Government Affairs, whose chairperson is also titled Chancellor in Common Tongue.
