Castel Padaro [kaˈstɛl paˈdaːro] (Istvanistani: Padaro Castle ) is a city located in the region of Mhazar-Campoasciutto, in the northern interior of the Republic of Vegno. It rises on a gentle rocky outcrop near the Secchianello River and is renowned for its fortified heritage and agricultural tradition.

It has a population of 40,345 inhabitants.

Geography and Territory

The city is built around the historic Alto Castle of Padaro, perched on a hilltop that overlooks the surrounding countryside. The surrounding area includes olive groves, vineyards, cereal fields, and woodland, typical of the dry plains of Campoasciutto.

Castel Padaro’s economy centers on:
