Casse-glace (Kernevon: Câthe-glace) is a city in Normandie. It is also the capital of the Lordship of Casse-glace. It is located on the Horik Peninsula of Normandy and is crossed by the Casse-glace River, the river that gives the city its name. Casse-glace is located approximately 80 km north of Quimper. By 1750, Casse-glace's population was 271,860, the majority of whom were Kernevons.

Casse-glace was founded in 1529 AN by Durntkinstanis as Necromunda and was one of the region's finest cities until the fall of Durntkinstan. Later, the region fell into Norman hands, and Normandie came under Storish rule. Until 1685 AN, the city's importance gradually declined, and it was relatively insignificant. After the fall of Storrmark, the region came under the control of the Hexarchy, and the city became known as "Icebreaker." The city remained known by this name until the 1730s. Following Lysstyrer's sudden disappearance from the region, the city remained dormant. In 1744 AN, the city came under NRA control. In mid-1745 AN, the city was temporarily occupied by the EANN.

Casse-glace is called the capital of Kernevonia and is the civilizational center of the Kerenvonian culture. The region is ethnically Norman and Durntkinstan. The city lies below the permafrost line and is influenced by the tundra. The region's presence in elements such as nickel and cobalt whets the appetite of companies.
