Barādari-ye Sefid
The Barādari-ye Sefid (White Brotherhood) is a doomsday cult operating in the Suren Confederacy.
The leaders of the Barādari-ye Sefid were condemned to penal servitude in the fifteenth month of 1736 AN for criminal damage and inciting mass disorder. The acolytes of the movement had been previously informed that the world was destined to fall into silence and dust, with the end scheduled initially for the seventh month of 1735 AN. As that month passed without the end of all things, the ordained date was moved forward to the eighth month of 1736 AN. Again disappointed, the devotees of this cult went into the streets of Mehrshahr in an attempt to call down the apocalypse through their own endeavours. In this attempt they were ultimately unsuccessful.
Roxana Mehran, "the living goddess", was condemned to four years of servitude, whilst her "psychopomp", Petros Melas, a Constancian, received a sentence of six years and a deportation order.
