Azshara

Azshara (Elw: Азшара) is an Elwynnese bailiwick in the county of Illumination in northern Elwynn. Azshara has a population of 291,053 (1680) inhabitants according to Elwynn's 1680 census. The bailiwick has a dominant Elw-speaking majority (67), with the largest minority languages being Babkhi and Cimmerian. Elw remains, however, the only official language of the bailiwick.

In 1680, the bailiwick incorporated the former bailiwick of the Phoenix Forest, greatly adding to the territory of Azshara.
