Atahualpa Quispe Mamani is a New Alexandrian politician and social worker who has served as Secretary of Social Security and National Solidarity since 1739 AN and as a Deputy of the Federal Assembly representing the Wechua Nation since 1729 AN. Born into a prominent Wechua political family in Qullasuyu, Quispe began his career as a community social worker before entering politics as a member of the Federal Humanist Party. Quispe's was appointed to the Council of State by Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez in 1739 AN. He continues to serve in both roles following the 1744 general election, where he was re-elected.
