Alois de Montfort was a politician and nobleman holding both Brettish (Hurmu) and Calbain citizenship. In Calbion, he was first in line to the Princely Throne, being the younger brother of the childless Jeremy de Montfort, who rules as the current Prince of the Calbain as Jack III. In the Brettish Isles, Alois served the leader of the Ducalist Party, a party that proposes the restoration of the Brettish Isles as a Duchy under Calbain rule.

He served as speaker of the High Court of Parliament during the Fifth Restored Parliament (1737-1748).

Alois de Montfort died X.1760 in the down of Forest Row, after having visited some constituents. Upon his dead, his son Llywelyn de Montfort became the designated heir-apperent of the Princely throne of Calbion, as Alois' younger brother Adelbert was excluded from succession by Princely Decree several years prior after various scandals of a sexual nature became public.
