The 2025–26 FNAF Ligue 1 was the fourth season of the FNAF Ligue 1, the highest division of association football in Nouvelle Alexandrie. The season began on 16 August 2025 and ended on 24 May 2026. Twenty clubs played a double round-robin schedule, with each club playing 38 matches.

Massina Magic FC won its first league title, defeating second-placed Huancavelica CF 4–2 in a final-day title decider to finish one point ahead. Massina had been eighth at the halfway point before completing the league's longest unbeaten run and longest sequence of wins. Promoted Pharos FC placed fourth, while Lausanne Lions and Hato Rey Hurricanes were relegated. Felipe Bonnet of Mayenne CF was the league's top scorer with 30 goals.

Format

Each club played every other club twice, once at home and once away. Clubs received three points for a win, one for a draw and none for a loss. Clubs level on points were ranked by goal difference, goals scored, wins, head-to-head points and head-to-head goal difference, in that order. An unresolved tie affecting the championship or relegation was decided by a play-off at a neutral venue; any other unresolved tie was decided by drawing lots. The club with the most points became champion, and the bottom two clubs were relegated to Ligue 2.

The FNAF Technical Department administered league officials under Director of Refereeing Michel Duval. Video assistant referee review operated at every match for goals, penalty decisions, direct red cards and mistaken identity.

Twenty clubs competed in the league. Hato Rey Hurricanes and Pharos FC entered as the promoted sides, replacing Imperial FC and Ciudad Real FC. The head coaches listed were in charge at the close of the season.

Season summary

Six clubs occupied first place during the season. Neither of the final two contenders led at the halfway point, and the championship changed hands twice over the last two matchdays. The promoted clubs followed sharply different courses, with Pharos finishing fourth and Hato Rey being relegated.

Title race

Mayenne CF won its first four matches and remained in first place through matchday 8. Dorwynne Dragons moved ahead on matchday 9 and led for the next seven rounds. At the halfway point Dorwynne had 36 points, one more than Royal Parap and two more than Mayenne. Huancavelica CF was seventh with 31 points, while Massina Magic FC was eighth with 30.

Mayenne briefly returned to first place on matchday 20. Huancavelica then moved from fifth to first by winning its next two matches, before Dorwynne regained the lead for matchdays 23 and 24. Five consecutive Huancavelica victories followed. A 3–0 win over Beaufort Braves on matchday 28 left Huancavelica on 55 points, nine above Massina.

Massina remained unbeaten for 13 matches from matchday 22 through matchday 34. The run included seven consecutive wins from matchday 27 through matchday 33. Huancavelica lost four successive matches from matchday 31 through matchday 34, allowing Massina to draw level on points after matchday 32 and take first place on matchday 33. Massina still led by one point after matchday 36, but a 1–0 home defeat by Honourable Susa on matchday 37 coincided with Huancavelica's 1–0 victory at Piriya FC. Huancavelica therefore entered the last matchday with 65 points, two ahead of Massina.

The contenders met at Stade de Lumière on 24 May 2026 before a sellout crowd of 35,000, with Sofía Valcárcel as referee. Rimaq Cancha gave Massina the lead in the 12th minute, and Illarisisa Conde equalized for Huancavelica in the 28th. Achiq Qori restored Massina's lead in the 44th minute, but Pinto Paccsi made the score 2–2 in the 57th. Rimaq Cancha's second goal, in the 76th minute, put Massina ahead for a third time. Joan Carretero completed the 4–2 victory in the third minute of second-half stoppage time. Massina finished with 66 points, one above Huancavelica, and secured the club's first Ligue 1 title.

Final positions

Royal Parap finished third with 61 points. Promoted Pharos FC placed fourth with 59 and recorded the league's best away record, taking 31 points from 19 matches. Pharos defeated Huancavelica 5–2 in October and won 5–0 at New Alexandrian Hustlers in April. Dorwynne fell from first at halfway to fifth on 58 points. Mayenne, which had led for nine matchdays, finished seventh with 57.

Real Cárdenas FC opened the season with a 12-match unbeaten run and finished eighth after drawing 16 matches. Defending champion Punta Santiago FC placed thirteenth on 49 points. Honourable Susa finished eighteenth with 41 points. The club scored a league-low 30 goals but shared the best defensive record with 39 conceded, and recorded away victories over both title contenders during the second half of the season.

Hato Rey Hurricanes went 16 consecutive matches without a win from matchday 2 through matchday 17 and was relegated in last place with 32 points. Lausanne Lions drew 16 matches, the joint-highest total in the league, and defeated the Hustlers 5–0 on matchday 37. Honourable Susa's simultaneous victory over Massina nevertheless placed Lausanne beyond reach of safety. The Lions finished nineteenth with 34 points.
