The 2021 MCF World ODI Cup was the second edition of the MCF World ODI Cup, and was held in Lamantia. All thirteen MCF member nations qualified automatically, and the tournament was played as a group and knock-out; the top two teams in each of the three pools advanced to the quarter-finals, along with the highest-ranked third-placed teams. It was won by Raspur, who beat Mercury by 49 runs in the final.
The results of the tournament counted towards the standings of the 2020–21 Micras Games.

The thirteen MCF members were drawn randomly into three groups of five teams, with two groups containing a bye in place of their fifth team. Teams gained two points for a win, with a point apiece for tied matches. Standings were arranged by points, with head-to-head record and then net run rate used as tiebreaking criteria.
