The Apertura 2020 NML championship stage, commonly known as Liguilla (Martino: mini-league), was played from November 21 to December 12, 2020. The winner qualified for the 2021–22 FMF Champions' League.

Format
- The team with more goals on aggregate after two matches advanced.
