The 2013 MFF Grand Prix was the inaugural tournament of the MFF Grand Prix, and was held in Alexandria between 1 June and 15 June 2013. The tournament's matches were played in six stadiums in four different cities around Alexandria. The Grand Prix was also the first tournament that was not a world cup for the sport.

Alexandria was declared as the hosts of the tournament by decision of Martin I, the MFF President.
