The federal directly-administered territories comprise eight territories — the [[Federal Special Capital Territory]], [[Territory of Flower]], [[Cyberaya]], [[Dindings]], [[Maritime Kachi Kochi]], the [[Straits Settlements]], the [[Territory of Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area|Extraterritorial Authority of the Refugee Camp and Immigrant Settlements Area]] and [[Syōnan Archipelago]]. Unlike the [[Territories of Phinbella|federated territories]] and [[Special administrative territories of Phinbella|special administrative territories]] which have their own governments, these six territories are [[Wikipedia:Federal territory|federal territories]] governed partially or fully administered by the Phinbellan federal government. The Federal Special Capital Territory is a territory where Phinbella's national capital, [[Negara Awan]], is located since {{RP|2020}}, while the Territory of Flower is a territory whose capital has the status of a free city. While the three territories located in Phinbellan waters, especially in the [[Captive Sea]] and Ieu'ryan Strait, together form the [[Phinbellan Maritime Territories]].
