An Act for the condemnation of Paulovian blackmail, perfidy and imperialism with regards to Anthelia.
Whereas the Principality of Paulovia has recklessly and provocatively attempted to interfere with the domestic workings and bi-lateral relations of its Novasolum Treaty partners in the Republic of Anthelia and the Kingdom of Gotzborg, the Kingdom of Gotzborg can no longer tolerate the expansionist and fundamentally hostile policy of the Principality of Paulovia, which places territorial acquisition above the bonds of loyalty and friendship that did previously exist between Gotzborg and Paulovia, and shall accordingly oppose and resist all Paulovian attempts at intimidation and blackmail including their mobilisation of the 1st Army on the 10th day of October, 2006.
Be it decreed by His Royal Majesty, King August Charles II by and with the advice and consent of the Government and Peoples of Gotzborg, in this Chamber of Deputies assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Short Title
1. This Act may be cited as the Condemnation of Paulovia Act.
Interpretation
2. This Act shall be read as written.
Condemnation of Paulovia and Active Measures
3. His Royal Majesty's Government be empowered to undertake any and all actions it may deem necessary for the security and well being of the realm and the security and well being of any Novasolum Treaty partner threatened by the actions of Paulovia.
4. That the Principality of Paulovia be compelled by His Royal Majesty's Government to demobilise the 1st Army and return all of its armed forces to their peacetime barracks and encampments.
5. That the Protectorate of Oros be demilitarized as a measure to prevent unnecessary future conflict.
6. That the Principality of Paulovia apologise unreservedly for its attempted interference in the affairs of sovereign micronations and fellow Novasolum Treaty Partners the Republic of Anthelia and the Kingdom of Gotzborg.
Commencement
7. This Act shall come into force upon receiving the King's Signet.
