HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;


WHEREAS We recognize the history, past contributions and invested energy put forth by dedicated citizens all over the micronational world;

WHEREAS By agreement with His Serene Majesty King Steven I of Pendronia and in conjunction with Our decree regarding the Kingdom of Pendronia;

LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents create Our new and beloved citizen Nicholas, Duke of Westhin of Pendronia the state, degree, style, dignity, title and honor of Duke of Stathearn;

AND for Us, Our heirs and successors do appoint, give and grant unto him the said named state, degree, style, dignity, title and honour of Duke of Stathearn and by these Presents do dignify invest and ennoble him to have and to hold the said named state, degree, style, dignity, title and honour.

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this eighth day of December in the fifteenth year of Our reign.
