A micronationalist involved in such strife that his period of prominence is often referred to as the Hubert Wars, many of which involved Jasonia.
He was a founder of the communist nation of Varja on July 15, 2002.
Former President of Rulak, and first President of Rulczentia. An avowed Communist, Mr. Hubert annoyed many, and was liked by few. He was for a time a colleague of Gennady Titov. Although unpopular, his influence is still felt throughout micronationry.
