FMRL World Cup Project 2018
The FMRL World Cup Project 2018 is a joint initiative between the Florian government and the FRFL, for the planning of the 2018 edition of FMRL World Cup. The Project started in 2017 after the Florian Republic was awarded hosting rights for the 2018 FMRL World Cup. This will be the first time that the Florian Republic hosts an international sports competition.
Plans
The Florian Republic plans to use eight stadiums for the 2018 FMRL World Cup held between 7 cities. The FRFL has set out requirements for each stadium to host a game in each round. All stadiums will host a group match/Playoff round match but the FMRL have confirmed that the City of Blackoak Stadium (Queens' Press Stadium for sponsorship reasons) will host both the Semi-Finals and Final. four stadiums will host the Elimination Quarter-Finals/Quarter-Finals.

At the time FMRL World Cup Project 2018 was announced. All stadiums fit requirements except the City of Blackoak which did not have a high enough capacity. Therefore the stadium is being renovated to fit the criteria for the semi-finals and Final.
