Adrian Vales (born June 17, 2003) is a Florian professional Amorian football quarterback for the Las Andreas Redhawks of the Florian Football League (FFL). He played college football for the Northcliff Tech University, where he developed into one of the country's leading collegiate quarterbacks. Vales was selected by the Redhawks with the first overall pick in the 2026 FFL draft.

A left-handed quarterback, Vales is known for his quick throwing motion, anticipation, downfield accuracy and ability to distribute the football within a timing-based passing offense.

Early life

Vales was born in Northcliff, Floria. He grew up in the city and attended Northcliff Central High School, where he played quarterback for the school's football team.

A naturally left-handed passer, Vales distinguished himself through his passing accuracy and ability to read defensive coverage. Initially considered undersized compared with several leading quarterback recruits, he developed a reputation for exceptional throwing mechanics, pocket awareness and composure under pressure.

During his final high school season, Vales attracted interest from several major NCAF college football programs. He ultimately committed to the Northcliff Tech University.

College career

Vales attended the Northcliff Tech University from 2022 to 2025.

Professional career

Las Andreas Redhawks

2026 season

Vales was selected first overall by the Las Andreas Redhawks in the 2026 FFL draft, becoming the franchise's quarterback of the future.

He entered the 2026 season as the Redhawks' starting quarterback, immediately assuming responsibility for leading the team's offense.

Vales enjoyed an impressive opening stretch of his rookie campaign, displaying strong accuracy and an ability to produce explosive passing plays.

He received consecutive FFL Rookie of the Week honours throughout the first seven weeks of the season and was named Apollonian Conference Offensive Player of the Week on four occasions.

Through Week 7, Vales had completed 168 of 245 pass attempts for 1,780 yards, 18 touchdowns and four interceptions. His passer rating of 107.2 placed him among the league's most efficient quarterbacks.

His early performances attracted considerable media attention and established him as an emerging star within the Apollonian Conference.

Playing style

Vale, a left-handed pocket passer, combines quick processing, anticipation, and an aggressive vertical passing approach.

He excels in quick-release concepts, run-pass options, and intermediate crossing routes, where his compact throwing motion allows him to deliver the ball before receivers complete their breaks. Unlike traditional short-passing specialists, Vales possesses the arm strength to stretch defences vertically, particularly along the sidelines and on deep post routes.

While capable of extending plays outside the pocket, Vale is primarily a passer rather than a rushing quarterback. He relies on movement within the pocket, controlled footwork, and anticipation to avoid pressure.
