Lucas Espiridon is Mesazon of the Imperial State of Constancia from 14.I.1746. Born 1696.
Lawyer, labor advocate, populist, and a member of the elite. Compromise candidate among the Imperial Synkletos factions to lead the Imperial Constancian Government. Chairman of the Constancian National Finance Commission in 1751.
Appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Micras Treaty Organization during the Twenty-First Imperial Synkletos during the Administration of José Emmanuel Thorgils Kerularios as Mesazon.
