The Women's Leadership Institute of Nouvelle Alexandrie (WLINA) is a non-profit educational and professional development organization established in 1741 AN to advance women's leadership capabilities, promote gender equality in professional and public life, and provide training, mentorship, and networking opportunities for women across the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. The Institute operates under the presidency and patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sayari of Rimarima, Crown Princess of Nouvelle Alexandrie, who has made women's empowerment and leadership development central themes of her public role.

WLINA provides leadership training programs, executive coaching, professional certifications, and networking platforms designed to address barriers women face in advancing to senior positions in government, business, academia, and civil society. The Institute works in partnership with major universities, corporations, government agencies, and international organizations to create pathways for women's professional advancement. Headquartered in Cárdenas with regional centers in Punta Santiago, Parap, Lausanne, and Chambéry, WLINA serves over 35,000 women annually through its various programs and initiatives.
