The City of Aqaba Corporation is an institution created by Autokratorial Decree on 18.XIII.1695 to govern the commercial areas of Aqaba, specifically, the 38-acre ESB Cantonment, the 49.4211 acre Radiant Sun Plaza, the 1.27 acre-Constancian Commercial Exchange Building complex, the 0.993 acre-Ashfield Hotel complex, and the 6-acre Kerularios Tower.
It also governs that portion of Aqaba Training Area (6,500 acres) converted into the Natopian-centric lifestyle district, Tapfer Plaza.
