Imperial Constancian Milk Tea

Imperial Constancian Milk Tea fancies itself an upscale quasi-coffeeshop and haven for the literati, well-heeled, and well-informed, which, incidentally, serves Milk Tea and other Constancian goodies, such as sand coffee.
Due to its location in the Blackfriars district, such pretentions must be tempered. Its provenance has made it something of a consulate of the Imperial State within the district.
In 1747, regulatory filings in the Imperial State of Constancia revealed its corporate owner to be Atacama Iron Harbor Holdings, a local subsidiary of the Constancia-based Atacama Corporation.
