Ricroc in Floria is the second most used application nationwide however content was unregulated with the Florian government concerned over potential influence operations by rogue designated nations and organisations. Due to these government concerns Floria International Holdings, owned by the UPR, sought to own part of the social network.

However, there were roadblocks in purchasing part of the social network as Floria did not hold a free trading agreement with the primary owner's home nation, the Order of the Holy Lakes. The Social Democratic Party of Floria, a long supporter of free trade with the Holy Lakes pushed for friendlier ties to resolve the issue over Ricroc regulation however the governing UPR, who were somewhat still uncomfortable to trade after leaving the Raspur Pact, refused to budge in warmer ties.

After numerous Gridlocks in Congress, after regular communication, President Hutchinson against his party's wishes executively ordered Floria to reopen a free trade agreement with the Holy Lakes to resolve the issue.

As of 1742, Floria is yet to purchase part of ricroc with the motion fiercely opposed by the Social Democrats who allege that the UPR would censor large parts of the social network and suppress free speech. In 1742, the UPR explored options in creating a Florian alternative instead.
