Gogledd Cybwl is a people's republic in Sanama, located on the continent of Cibola. It has an area of 563,042 km2, a population of almost three million and a population density of five per km2, and it is one of the least populated republics while also by far the largest. The republic was formed in 1735 following the Sanaman annexation of parts of northern Cibola. The capital of the republic is Castell Cybwl. Due to the checkered history of Cibola, the people's republic is a melting pot for various cultures and languages from across the continent.
