Ali Hussein Ghul al-Khalifa al-Mahdi Khan (b. 1701 AN), better known by Ali Ghul Khan, is a Keltian warlord who serves as Khagan of the Ghul Confederation. A self proclaimed Mahdi and known for his flamboyance and ruthlessness, he has gone on to lead the Ghul Confederation in a war with Aerla.

Born in 1701 AN, Ali would succeed his father Fenriz Ghul as leader of the Ghul Tribe after the latter's death during an Aerlan Air Force bomber training unit accidentally unloaded their payload upon Fenriz's camp while Ali was out leading a patrol in the surrounding hills. This bombing would also kill his father's preferred successor, Ali's brother Sayyid, making his succession to the throne much easier and legitimate (as it is claimed that Ali planned to overthrow his brother anyways).
