Bansfel

Bansfel is a bailiwick of the Sovereign Confederation. It's name likely derives from "Bank's Fields", once the largest privately owned plantation on the White Elwynn before it was sacked during the Goldshirean Civil War. In 1714, the Honorable Company began investing in construction of a settlement on the bank near the Elwynnese border which would develop into the town of Spännezar. The town grew substantially after opening the ClaspKhan Industrial Park, which produces a large share of the Benacian Union's buttons, buckles, and other affordable fasteners.
In 1712, the population was 377,494
