BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Cortes Federales, in this present session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
PART I GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Article 1: Citation.
This Act may be cited as the "Anahuaco and Aerla Treaties Ratification Act, 1722".
PART II ANAHUACO-NOUVELLE ALEXANDRIE TREATY RATIFICATION.
The government of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie shall take all necessary measures to give effect to the provisions of the Treaty of Ciudad de Anahuaco, and shall ensure compliance with its terms and conditions.
Once the Treaty has entered into force as provided by this Act, H.M. the King shall have the power to make regulations via Royal Decree for the implementation of the Treaty.
PART III AERLA-NOUVELLE ALEXANDRIE TREATY RATIFICATION.
The government of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie shall take all necessary measures to give effect to the provisions of the Treaty of Noursala, and shall ensure compliance with its terms and conditions.
Once the Treaty has entered into force as provided by this Act, H.M. the King shall have the power to make regulations via Royal Decree for the implementation of the Treaty.
PART III CLOSING PROVISIONS.
Article 6: Closing Provisions.
This act shall not become law unless it has been given Royal Assent.
This act shall apply to all of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
This act shall be published and made publicly available.
If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
