Since Vales has an entirely unwritten constitution based on convention and tradition, the country suffers frequent constitutional crises as new situations arise. This is a list of all Valeser constitutional crises.

Title Reason Resolution
1720 Valeser constitutional crisis Membership in international organisation To join an international organisation, a majority vote of the Council of the Twelve as well as unanimous consent from the lordships are required.
1720 second Valeser constitutional crisis Representation to state visits abroad The Chief and Vice Chief of the Vales represent the Council of the Twelve when visiting foreign heads of state. Any document signed by them must be ratified by the mechanism devised during the first constitutional crisis of 1720.
