Cadwaladr Bevan-Hall is a Calbain nationalist politician who serves as Governor-General since 1696, and also holds the position of leader of the nationalist faction in the Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
Having been out of power for almost a decade after internal division, the Nationalist faction won a majority of seats in the 1696 snap elections, called after the Calbain involvement in the detonation of nuclear weapons during the civil conflict in Elwynn. Cadwaladr Bevan-Hall, who represents the more liberal side of the nationalists, declared in his victory speech that there would be "a new wind" in Calbion. He promised more international engagement, an end to realpolitik, and more civil rights for minorities.
Bevan-Hall's government introduced significant prosperity and peace to the Calbain nation.
