1715 Cisamarran self-coup d'état

The 1715 Cisamarran self-coup d'état took place in the Cisamarran capital of Acquecalde on 13.XIII.1715. At 9:13 am President Gjanluigi Vinfetto ordered units from the 23rd Mechanised Brigade and 132nd Military Police Battalion to surround the National Assembly and Supreme Court. The rationale for the coup was an alleged plot from the Partito Popolare Cisamarrese to take control of the government.
