The Ligue Oportienne is the sole professional football league in Oportia, sanctioned by FOF.
Format
Due to the constantly developing nature of Oportian football system, the formats are subject to change each season.
The inaugural season featured 9 teams which played each other in a double round-robin format.
The 2022–23 season features double round-robin format (regular season), after which the league will be split into two divisions (Supérieure and Inférieure) and teams would play each other once, with number of home and away games being determined by their regular season position.
