Kadim Treaties
The Kadim Treaty is an agreement between the Çakar Empire and the Thraci Confederation, concluded in Kadim, concerning the transfer of territory on Apollonia.

KADIM TREATYWith gratitude to His Majesty, Jaaguzan, Shahanshah of Çakaristan, for his efforts in establishing peace and for this, the Thraci Confederation cedes territory.
Article I – Ceding of territory
The Thraci Confederation cedes all the territory on the continent of Apollonia to the Çakar Empire, except for the city of Kadim. The Çakar Empire will not use any of the Thraci place names and will redevelop the area.Article II - City of Kadim
The city of Kadim remains under the banner of the Thraci Confederation and is established as a free city. This covers a territory of 918 km2.Article III - Apollonian Express
The Thraci Confederation and the Çakar Empire are working together to facilitate the connection of the city of Kadim to the Apollonian Express.Article IV – Open borders
The land borders of the Thraci Confederation around the city of Kadim will be kept as open borders, no physical barrier will be placed. Citizens and goods from both High Contracting Parties may travel freely.Article V - Public order
In order to maintain public order, the police forces from both High Contracting Parties were brought together. To coordinate this, the Joint Gendarmerie Command will be established.Article VI - Interpretation
Any difference of interpretation of any Article or Articles of this Treaty which may arise between the High Contracting Parties will be settled bilaterally by peaceful means in a spirit of mutual respect and understanding.Article VII - Ratification
This Treaty enters into force upon its signature and ratification by Both High Contracting Parties in accordance with their respective domestic procedures.
