The Constancian Housing Authority is a bureau of the Imperial Constancian Government under the Ministry of Housing and Resettlement.
Established in 1695, it owns and operates for-rent public housing estates and complexes, the revenue of which is utilized to maintain, improve, and construct new public housing. Public housing is divided into three categories: Housing Authority-run which is for-rent, cooperative, and rent-to-own.
The Constancian Housing Authority is also active in the housing market, and is the primary purchaser for foreclosed residential housing and residential lots from the Constancian banking sector.
