VII.1599 | On the Loss of a Natopian Trading Vessel | In the Name of Jack the First of his Name, by the Grace of Cato and the Gods, Prince of the Calbain. The Government of Calbion does hereby proclaim: That the Calbain government, also speaking for its South Batavian friends, deeply regrets the loss of a Natopian trading ship through the hands of a citizen of Calbion. Our government strongly disaproves of the actions we have seen, and would make clear to our Natopian friends that the raid of their trading ship by Captain Callaghan and his men will not be tolerated by the Calbain government. Our thoughts go out to the families of the captured men. May Cato comfort them during this terrible ordeal. Done by the hand of Governor-General William Nelson
