Barnum, officially the Kingdom of Barnum, is a sovereign state in the southeastern continent of Apollonia. The country is a monarchy, governed by His Majesty King Matthew The First and his Royal Court. Barnum's seat of government is located in Barnum City, the largest city in the nation.
Civil rights in Barnum are, for the most part, broad in their nature. The people of Barnum, known as Barnumians, enjoy general rights to free speech and free expression. In addition, there is no official religion in the Kingdom; citizens are free to worship as they choose, or even not worship at all.
