The Decree appointing a Viceroy and Lord of Kigaseki (1684:001-M), issued by Salome as Matriarch of Ayreon-Kalirion, is a decree of the Two Martyrs that removed from the office Áþamé Issèla Mari Vāstra of Vicereine and replaced her with Salome's own brother, Kir, who later became Prince of Whales.

DECREE APPOINTING A VICEROY AND LORD OF KIGASEKI

(1684:001-M)

We, Salome Ylva Octavia, Matriarch of the Line of Ayreon-Kalirion, Lady of Zauberförde/Senkyōwan, acting under Section 7 of Chapter XI of the Caprine Code, appoint to Viceroy of the Two Martyrs and Lord of Penguinfels/Kigaseki, Our Brother, Kir Azariah Vidar.

Done at Raynor's Keep, 6.XV.1684.
