The National Federal Capital Commission is a joint committee created by the Proclamation of Punta Santiago under the Federal Constituent Assembly to select the site, design, and build a new capital city for the Federation. It is composed of representatives from the Federal Constituent Assembly, representatives of the Sapa Wechua and the Aldurian President, and two representatives from each Aldurian state and Wechua suyu.
