The Council of State of Alduria-Wechua is a thirteen-member executive council that makes up the federal government of the Alduro-Wechua Federation. It serves as its collective head of government of Alduria-Wechua.

The President of the Government serves as the chairman of the Council of State, primus inter pares. While the entire council is collectively responsible for leading the Federation, each Secretary of State is individually responsible for a specific portfolio of state affairs, organized around twelve federal executive departments.

The position of President of the Government rotates among the seven councilors on an AN yearly basis, with one year's Vice President of the Council becoming the next year's President of the Government.
