Helena Strand (born 16.IV.1638 AN) is a former schoolteacher who is currently an Elw politician serving as Princess of Elwynn since 1683 AN and leader of the Democratic Party of Elwynn since 1680 AN. She served as Conducător of the Congressional Counties from 1681–1683 AN.
