President Bowl II, the second President Bowl decided the league champion for the league's 2019 and second season. The game was played on February 2, 2020 at Northcliff Stadium, in Northcliff city, Kingsland.

The 2019 FFL season was the Redhawk's first official season of play and they unexpectedly managed to finish as regular-season winners with a record of 12-5, the first FFL expansion team to do so. Because of their finish in the regular season, the team earned #1 seed in FFL South playoffs. They were given a bye to the Conference Semi-finals, in which they beat the Dragonmoor Chargers 28-16 to advance to the Conference Championship against Oldhaven Titans. In the Conference Championship game with a little number of seconds to go in the game, the Redhawks defied all the odds and scored the only touchdown of the game to win 16-15 booking their place to the President Bowl, becoming the first expansion team to do so in their inaugural season.
