• Los Liberados founded as an Iron Company colony on Arcadio island, the colony put under the formal jurisdiction of Kasterburg
• Establishment of the ports of Puerto Arcadio and Nueva Batavia
• Governor Jacobo Castrigo Álvarez appointed as Governor
• The liberación establishing Liberadosan self-rule
• Junta de la Liberación Nacional established as the ruling body of Los Liberados

1669

• Independence of the Republic of Los Liberados from Kasterburg
• Jacobo Castrigo becomes the first President of the Republic
• Los Liberados joins the Batavian Confederation
• Centralisation of goverment power, creation of formal bureaucratic institutions
• Establishment of the Asamblea Nacional, and the first democratic election in the nation
• Los Liberados joins the Humanitarian Mission in former Caputia, establishes a presence in Corcovado and rescues many San Pedrovians.

1670

• Los Liberados establishes formal diplomatic contacts with Constancia, Floria, Kalgachia and Thracistan
• Expansion of Liberadosan territory to the northern islands. Four provincial subdivisions are introduced

1673

• Second elections for the Asamblea Nacional, Paula Ferroro's movement for democratic change emerges as the main challenger to President Castrigo's authoritarian rule.
• In response to the election results, the government tightens central control.

1674

• The Constitution of Los Liberados is formally adopted. The constitution contains many authoritarian elements.

1676

• President Castrigo dies in a plane crash. Junta de Liberación Nacional immediately takes control of the Presidency and declared a period of mourning and emergency
• Capitán Rodrigo Calderón Mendez appointed as President of the Republic
• Los Liberados gains protectorate status under the Florian Republic, to avoid an international conflict.

1677

• Los Liberados regains its independence
• President Rodrigo Calderón enacts his policy of economía liberada, which includes mass nationalisation of the economy. The Liberadosan branch of the Iron Company, the Liberadosan Banana Company, the Octavian Import-Export Corporation and High Speed Los Liberados are all nationalised.
