The Guttuli Protectorate (Pr. ïa Guttulin Bimudanoï) is a state developing at the mouth of the River Elwynn, following the Kalirion Fracture. It controls Musica, Alexandretta, and Lower Lunaris.

Military
Guttulins Uihmanz
The Guttuli Corps is the operational institution that organizes and directs military activity within and at the frontier of the Protectorate's territory. It is commanded by the Protectorate Military Council, which also functions as the Protectorate's governing body.
Utnaræn
The Protectorate Military Council also maintains a paramilitary intelligence organization called the Utnaræn (Pr. "Outer Defense"). The Utnaræn recruits ethnic Brookshirans located outside of the Guttuli Protectorate's control, then organizes them into semi-autonomous action teams.
The head of the Utnaræn has a standing position on the Protectorate Military Council.
