The Jingdaoese-Gerenian Northern Mission were the troops send by Jingdao and Gerenia to take control over the shipping lanes accross the Northern Sea during the Hammish Civil War to stop Shirerithian support from entering the Hammish province of Neo Patrova, and thereby gaining influence over the region.

The main goal was to establish a naval blockade to stop ships from entering and leaving Neo Patrova, while all goods which were meant to enter Hamland, would be checked by customs (under supervision of the Batavian-Stormarkian organisation Noblesse Oblige) in East Gerenia and then transferred through Jingdao to their final destination.
