José Emmanuel Thorgils Kerularios, born 1681, son of Maximinus Kerularios and Katja Magda Thorgilsdottir. Dual-national of Constancia and Nouvelle Alexandrie since birth.

Younger brother to Athanasia Katja Kerularios. Stepbrother to Jacqueline Kerularios.

Appointed resident to ESB East Bay Residency in 1721 on the occasion of her 40th birthday, and when their existence to the world was revealed after internal corporate reporting restrictions were lifted.
