Yupanki Tupaq

Yupanki Tupaq is Marshal General of the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie and was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Council under the administration of Felipe de Almagro.
He first came to national notice due to Operation Bellona.
