Pata is a province of Hazar. Pata province is located on the flat plains to the east of Hazan and volcanic mountains are encountered in some parts of it. The highest mountain, Mount Pata (5424 meters), is located between the town of Batiabdulhey and the town of Sardan of Siveronu. Only 100 thousand people live in Pata city center and more people live in Batıabdülhey and Hatos districts. Pata city center was founded by traders who came to the region later. Batıabdülhey District is one of the oldest districts. In addition, Akbulak Border Gate, which is the border gate opening to New Batavia, is within the borders of Pata province. Akbulak Border Gate is 30 km from Batıabdülhey, 120 km from Hatos and 150 km from Pata.

Pata's livelihood is based on trade and animal husbandry. Border smuggling is very high in Pata. There is an airport, a university, a stadium and a large library in Pata province. Firms around Pata city center do not want to give franchises, instead, Batıabdülhey district is preferred. Pata Province has two Jenny's, two Burger Queen, a Pizza Tarsica, two Starr supermarket franchises. And also Pata is the poorest district of Hazar, despite raising big businessmen.

The general vegetation in Pata is steppe and arid. In Pata, winters are cold and very snowy, and public institutions are constantly on holiday in the city center. There are no historical artifacts in the city center of this city, which spent nine months with snow, and its architecture is terrible. It is the same situation in Hatos, but although there are a few historical artifacts in Batıabdülhey district, it is also devoid of tourism. But as soon as the summer is over, it snows heavily throughout the province and is invisible from the fog (just like Berzineri), besides, except for a few protests for independence in Batıabdülhey, these lands lack political interest, making it the most boring province in Hazar after Büyükçerid.
